At last: thanks to GENUIN, one of the most grandiose teamworks in opera history is finally conquering CD players, living rooms, wing chairs, and soon the world's stages!? Verdi and Wagner whisper in the café over hot chocolate and tiramisú and plot daring things: La Traviata meets Tannhäuser, Lohengrin's swan makes acquaintance with the power of fate. The last work of the wonderful Herbert Rosendörfer brings the two great composers together in a fictitiously spun dialogue, the virtuoso horn player Christoph Eß (Bamberg Symphony Orchestra) and his germanhornsound contribute the pleasurable musical cocktail, shaken and not stirred.
