Bb Jazztrumpet · Model 1018

High quality finishing, smooth response and tunable sound. These subjects describe the trumpets and flugelhorns manufactured by Gebr. Alexander. The framework of this series constitute the trumpet and flugelhorn in Bb with cylinder or piston valves. All models are customizable by selectable options.

Model 1018 is characterized by its dynamics, the balanced tone and a radiant carrying capacity. The instrument is available in two versions: either the ML (medium large) variant with a bore of 11.5 mm or the L (large) variant with a bore of 11.7 mm. The trumpet can be made of brass or gold brass and can be lacquered, silver-plated or gold-plated as desired. Through these variations, each player has the opportunity to perfect the sound according to his ideas and to choose his individual instrument
